A complete renovation of a guest wing of a mid-century lake house in New York's Hudson Valley. Goals- brighter spaces, a second full bathroom, improved storage- all in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 575 SF space.

Two closets became an en suite bath. The existing bathroom's layout and appearance was improved.

Multiple built-in light sources were added. Extensive use of mirrors make spaces feel larger, and bounce light around. There is now storage for off-season accessories and extra bedding. Each space has its own climate control with built-in remote access.
