This extensive remodel improves the layout. Homeowners wanted more functional workspace and a bright, beachy feel. Changing a galley kitchen to a U-shape (see before photos), and adding an eating peninsula drastically improved utility.

I increased the amount of usable work space, improved the flow, and gave the owners privacy where they needed it and more openness where they wanted it.
